  Festool Recon sale will be at the Connect event September 10. More info to follow.
No phone or online orders as these tools will be sold on-site from the warehouse, from Festool directly. Customers will be required to select dealer of their choice to get "credit."

Tom Silva of This Old House will be special guest speaker.

Just more reasons to register and get to that Connect event.
Looking forward to seeing all at that event.

This is one recon sale. It won't be the only one.

Quite frankly, we have a good number of recon tools in inventory right now. Unless the Connect sale is MUCH bigger than we anticipate, we'll be doing other sales in the near future. We're working on something that's a very different approach to recon. I can't say much about -- in part because we don't know if we can pull it off yet -- but it will be online and ongoing.

Tyler posted earlier that registration is not required but that it helped them in planning, etc.  you can register your friend quickly though.

I must say I am very disappointed by this approach. The recon sale is where is get all my stock of Festool tools. I always buy as much as possible. But driving 1800 miles for a sale no longer becomes a sale. I hope this is not the only recon option.

I'm  can't imagine this will be the end of the recon sale. I'm pretty sure another one will be available - the question is when.

Had the pleasure once again to sit down and shoot the woodworking breeze with Tom at Connect. Can't help but admire those 2 12' tables - built by Tom, Norm and a few of the craftsmen at Festool.
