The ETS EC125/3 has been up for almost twelve hours on recon. These usually go fast, but I see this is 571897.  This sander had an intermittent shutoff problem due to a bad circuit board.  Can anyone confirm that the improved circuit boards are installed by RECON before they sell them.?

I am answering my own question here, if anyone cares.  I contacted Recon and they replied that all Recon tools have the latest version electronics and/or software available.

I could see if someone returned a tool as a lemon/buyback after a number of warranty claims, but I have a hard time believing that this version of the simulation includes a Festool who would open up the casing on a simple retail return and change out a circuit board before putting it back on the market to resell.  A disturbingly high percentage of the time they don't even take the pad off to clean it...
