Festool Recon Topic (compiled)

Suction-Based Clamping Pump VAC-PMP is listed.

VAC-SYS is pretty much the last Pokemon that I want to capture, but buying it on Recon piece-by-piece is only a 16% discount vs. a 25% discount over the "Set" price.  And also requires the right pieces to show up on Recon.

In any case, if you need just the pump, Suction-Based Clamping Pump VAC-PMP is posted.

I really like the slack idea as I currently use distill web browser to send me updates, but when recon is full it runs of out of free email notifications.

I can not get the slack app to let me join the workspace as it requires my email address to be on the workspace already.

My bad...this should be the correct sign-up link:

It was kinda cool waking up and seeing the notification this AM. Here's what the bot posted in the channel:

Finish Orbital Sander RTS 400 REQ-Plus is posted. Domino DF500 went earlier this morning.

I don't understand this at times, yest. One and Done had tools/and a CT26 but none were being offered on Recon.  Now today, they started selling all those items...why have tools on One and Done when they're not offering them for sale on Recon?

The One and Done page is new to me. I didn't see it linked via the Recon home page but was able to find it via Google. My guess is they're using the One and Done collection as a staging area for upcoming products and when the product is scheduled to be active, it'll take over on the home page.

There was a CT 26 active on Recon this morning for about 4 minutes before it was replaced by a Rotex. If you saw the CT in the One and Done collection but it wasn't available to buy, your timing was probably off.

Actually my wife's black metallic SUV, someone nailed her with a shopping cart. Nothing went through the clear coat so we're good there. I really wasn't looking forward to pulling out the Rotex 125 for the job.  [smile]  The Rotex works well it's just slow.

Just did the math...35% discount on the RAP.  [big grin]

I got the TSC 55 REB yesterday. It was practically new, never even registered. Now I need to sell my corded metric-scale TS55.
