Festool replacement parts?

Can anyone recommend an online resource for parts?

When I need tools, I get instant response from the online dealers, but when I need $20 worth of parts, I can wait weeks.  A broken part can take a tool down pretty effectively, and my small shop needs every tool to be running, all the time, which is one of the reasons I use Festool to begin with.

Seems like the process of Festool shipping to the distributor, then the distributor shipping to me slows everything down, or maybe that's just an excuse for lackluster service.  Some of these parts are obscure, admittedly, but if Festool have them in stock, I don't think I should have to wait 2 or 3 weeks to get them.

If anyone has experience of fast service, I'd love to know where from.

Thanks.

I would call the service department, when I needed a part, I called, they had, gave address and they shipped.  Arrived in 3 days via regular mail.

I agree with Wooden Skye.  Festool service is very responsive.

Another alternative is to ask a local dealer is they can get them in.  I needed some Systainer parts and my local Woodcraft got them for me in a few days and there was no shipping cost.

And for handy reference the Service department phone number is on the tool label. Tool breaks at the job site, you can call immediately from your cell with tool in hand.
