I had it for half a year. It is a very fine sander, real Festool quality, but the size didn't really work for me, I was always using the DTS400/RO150/ETS125 instead, so I sold it off again.
It is only available in 240v, so it will not work straight away on a 120v circuit. You can buy a step down transformer to make it work, but hauling an extra brick around doesn't seem comfortable to me.
If you have 240 wiring in your shop it might work, but American fellows are better suited to answer that for you.
As for sandpaper, you will not find any 3rd party papers for this one, it is a rare size, especially with the pointy pad. So you will always have to order Festool paper from Europe. And Festool USA probably won't help you with warranty issues.
