I have had a RAP 80 for a couple of years now and only ever had it in a naked systaiiner as festool don't sell it in one.

So i tried to make a sticker and cardboard insert!! tell me what you think? (i resized them to view on here)

i also re touched up all the above stickers   [wink]

Somehow I missed this thread first time through... these will be useful for a couple of my items, definitely!  Just need to get some of that crazy strong sticky label paper Peter used for the piggie experiment and it will be perfect.  Thanks!

These are what I use:
http://www.amazon.com/Avery-WeatherProof-Labels-Printers-15516/dp/B001TMFCU6/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1301686600&sr=8-4

These are weatherproof, polyester labels, suitable for laser printing.  They stick like crazy and hold a nice image.  I've replaced almost all my labels and haven't had a single one come loose at all.  Heck, I can barely remove them when I *want* to.

PaulMarcel if you're handy in Photoshop (and have it) I can send you a template .psd file for labels.  I sized them to pretty precisely fill the space in the Systainer's front/side recess.

I can attest to that!  They are very sticky, and can take a beating too.  Thanks again Woodjunkie.

Sure, PM me your email address.

Under everybody's avatar there are a couple of icons. If one of them is a letter, then that's his email address.
