I don't know about the 23rd Century, but I know there isn't a day that goes by that I don't get a positive comment on my work set up,  which consist of the  sys-cart, and two sortainers and a systainer 1, with my computer case that houses my computer and printer that folds open on top the stack. It's been in use for a year and the comments never gets old.
