Yep, saw that on Woodnet...and the "trouble" if that is the correct word, is that some people believe it to be true, without gettin' the joke, reinforcing "their" opinion of the price/value of the tools.

Dan, I have heard that for this expensive a saw, Festool also sends someone along to help set it up. 

Furthermore, if you ever need assistance when pushing large pieces of material through the saw, they have a subcontract arrangement  throughout North America where with 4 hours notice a or 25 visits, whichever comes first.
