Festool trion pendulum

Hello. I have a Festool Trion PS 300 jigsaw. The pendulum mechanism is no longer working correctly. It activates on its own intermittently. If I set it to position 3 and hold the pendulum with my finger, it doesn't work. Often, it doesn't even move in position 3 and operates as if it were in position 1. The pendulum activates by itself and seems to lack the power to push.

Sounds like either a controller issue or possibly a loose/faulty connection. Have you opened it up to check all the connectors are securely seated and there's nothing coming loose?

Hello. I opened the machine and I think it's the small part that's the problem. I think the small part has worn down and become thinner. The large part pushes the small part, but the small part has worn down and is now thinner. It's clear that it's not pushing the small part...

I'm having trouble working out what that part is, is it a linkage for the switch?
