I've been casting about for a vacation idea and have narrowed it down to a class of some kind. About 10 seconds of further thought led me to wish for Festool University.
My idea of a week-long class:
Spend most of the time on the most popular tools: saws, MFTs, routers, I'd guess. How to use them to do the basics and not so basics (cutting narrow identical pieces). Lots of practice time to develop "muscle memory". Some advanced or novel techniques. Finally, quick hands on experience of some of the less popular or newer tools.
I'd pay a solid tuition charge. Festool might sell me some more tools. It good be a good exercise in "building community" as well ... meeting and working with fellow owners or wouldbes.
