I always enjoy seeing the new videos from Festool! Just wanted to tell whomever produces them that they are great. The music, the small stories, all great.

The credit goes to some of our great customers that share their stories with us. I've read comments about them being shills, Festool employees, that we give them all of the tools shown in the videos, etc. These are people who bought the tools they show in the videos and speak in their own words. We don't write a script, they are not directed. At least two of them are members of this forum.

Next, we are privileged to have several great video and production folks around the country that can go on-site and capture these stories and put them into a concise format that really depicts the essence of the people using our tools.

If it matters, I still enjoy every new video that I see and also going back and watching the older ones again. It's inspiring for me to remember what we're all about -- the people using our tools.

Edit: I should mention that if you're a professional and are interested in being featured in our videos, shoot me an email. It's always good to have some photos, videos, etc. to give us some insight into what you do.

Oh yeah... I'd like to give a shout out to our colleagues in Australia who produced their first customer-centric video.

I think you can see their true satisfaction with Festool. I spent some time watching a bunch of them again tonight and they are good stories. I too feel inspired by some of them. Great people using great tools!

i agree ive spent at least 20-40mins a day searching thru festool yt clips on reviews for a tool im interested in. even if the vids are fabricated i dont care! using the tools myself i have nothing negative about them and would pay more if i could! i get excited with my hobby/projects using and being organized with the whole festool system.
