The first time I saw that "FogWear" band perform, they were backed up by J Geils. The back up band ruled!

I suspect that Peter will turn that around this time... I expect supreme FogWear.

Peter, the cap does have the festool logo embroidered on the back. Cap label is Max hat and triple crown., one size fits all. It's a good, well designed hat overall. Nice solid brim, venting holes on the top, extra mesh layer at the forehead. The only issue is the dome is a bit on the small side, but that's probably just me.

Me, too.  I wear a 7 3/4 usually, or whatever is equivalent to a 24" diameter.  A lot of cheapie hats just don't fit, hence the usual "One size fits most" disclaimer.

I love your enthusiasm, but I must warn you that shipping to Europe will be more than the cost of the hat.  [eek]

There will only be 120 for sale.  They will go fast.

Be forewarned:  I will post a new thread on Oct 1, 2011 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM with details and open the door for ordering at that time.  Once they are gone - they are gone.  First come first serve.

I anticipate that this will once again be a fun endeavor and will pave the way to the next Fogwear items.   [big grin]

Cant really imagine that, but dont really care either.. Just want one!!! Dont got no fogtainer, and have been
screaming for fogshirts, but... this thing is gonna be mine.... All mine!!! Hahhahah

I'm going to the UK on October 22nd. If the hats are ready by then, I'd be happy to take a few with me and ship them to the UK-foggers when I arrive.

Unfortunately they will not be available then.  My guess right now is end of November is the soonest I will have them in hand based on the manufacturing schedule.  But this is a good thought.  Because of the weight of these items, if my scale is accurate three hats can ship for the same shipping cost as one.  For those in Europe that is an idea.
