Hi,
This is a small project that I completed last week. The client wanted to cover up their ugly old brick fireplace. I built this small fireplace surround out of AYP. The panels are birch plywood. All domino construction. I cut a 1/4 inch groove in the rails and stiles with my tablesaw to accep the 1/2 inch plywood. I used the OF1400 with a shaker door bit to cut a back bevel on the panels so they would fit snugly.
The TS55 was invaluable for cutting out the L shaped panels. Sprayed BM Advance with my Earlex 5500. All in all, a fun little project.
