I've been out of woodworking as a profession for 5 years, but decided to return.  This is the first job i've done since returning, and the first time i've used Festool s.  This design is the homeowners and i learned about 300 lessons on this project.  At least I covered gas and materials [embarassed].  There are 134 individual pieces, not 2 are exactly the same because there were 7 different planes to work to and not one was even close to the same as the other.  Bad implementation of a terrible plan, but it functions and is ok to look at. [unsure] ct mini, ts55req, ro90dxfeq, mft3, c15li+3, and lots of yellow and black, with some bosch thrown in to the milwaukee mix.  The last one is the extent of my "shop" [laughing]. There is a tidal wave of green heading this way right now though! [big grin]

I can see the challenge. You should of taken your original bid and multiply it by 7 the number of different planes.

I like your execution, but that was one ugly project. At least you made it look easy, and got to use your toys... I mean tools!

[smile]

yeah, of course they wanted it not to protrude from the wall plane on the left, which has a huge belly in it!  the bottom shelf is 8 inches, "counter" is 10 and the very top shelf is 9", and the next wall was concave and increasingly out of square to it.  but that's just the tip of the iceburg.  sheesh. most complicated project i ever tried...for my first one back???  not too too smart on my part

Yeah, but look at how much you learned...
