Fixed-Louvers with Domino another way

I read  Gary Nichols?s Fixed Louver article. 

It was nice way to make Louvers easily, however It?s difficult to make Louver

in thin wood. ( 18 mm ).

So I have made another simple attachable tool.

photo 1 : Same way as Gary.

photo 2 : Make one first hole on 18mm (3/4") thick interior door stock with 6mm mortises cut at the widest setting.

photo 3 : Any credit or plastic card. I drilled some holes on it.

photo 4 : Two 5mm festool bolts.

photo 5 : I installed credit card on Domino with two bolts.

Photo 6 : To achieve a uniform spacing, insert a credit card corner in the mortise I  just cut for next plunge.

Photo 7 : Done uniform spacing mortises.

Photo 8 : Just flip credit card for other side mortises.

Photo 9 : Success !!

Photo 10 : Fixed Louvers made by credit card.

You can make mortises on any different thick stock by adjusting positions of bolts easily.

I hope you enjoy this method and Festool company make attachable simple louver tool like this.

Isn't it hard to buy more Festool tools after punching all those holes in your credit card?

simple solutions are the best! Very good. Do you fabricate this woodstrips for the Louvers by yourself?

overtime, bruegf - don't punch your own credit card, just punch your wife's 

markus - Yes, I did it by myself.  my friends said "How do you make it?  is it true? ". But my secret is Festool.

Festool makes it for me anytime anyplace. Without Festool, I was playing with nail and hammer.

OF 1400 router made woodstrip, for safety I used my own woodstrip jig.

Thanks very much for sharing this here.  In the near future I want to make louvered covers for the iron radiators in my home, and this technique looks great.
