Fluid Nozzle frozen?

I'm using a Fuji T75 gun and initially I had some issues with the gun leaking out the tip, but that resolved when I loosened the needle packing nut.  But now,  I can't seem to get the fluid nozzle to unscrew.

Is there a good solution for this?

Sounds like the gun needs a good cleaning.

The needle has build up on it, thats why you had to loosen the nut. You may have a hard time pulling the nozzle out of the packing nut.

Impact gun on the nozzle. The shock should break any fluid bond.

Thanks, Tom.  I'm surprised it could have much build-up, as yesterday was the first day I sprayed anything other than water through it.

I don't have an impact gun.  If I soak the nozzle area in acetone for a bit, do you think that would loosen up any buildup?

I didn't realize it's a new gun.

There should not be a build up issue.

My guess now is they over torqued it at the factory a little.

I also take back what I said about the nozzle being gunked up. Sound like that was a little tight also.

Hold the gun flat with the hose inlet pointing towards you, the nozzle pointing to the right.

Place a box wrench on the nozzle with the wrench point as straight out away from you as you can.

At the edge of a solid bench (or the floor) place the far end of the wrench about 1" onto it.

Raise the assembly up, swing it down striking the bench with the wrenches far end.

The shock should break the nozzle loose.
