FOG members in Australia

I just want to share a few (worried) thoughts for our members in Australia...

Praying isn't normally my thing, but I cannot think of much else to do for you here in the UK during this fire crisis - which is still mostly the top item in our news, notwithstanding events in the Middle East.
You may be the on other side of the globe but you are close in our hearts.

I have friends in Victoria, so I've been listening to the news and fire warnings on ABC - a lot of the places mentioned are ones that I've seen on my travels there, which makes it all more shocking somehow.

I hope you and yours are managing to stay safe and well.

A real horrific situation, and although people have lost their lives, and been badly injured, the statistics are fortunately still very low for such a disaster. It’s a shame the same cannot be said for the half a billion plus animals that have perished though.
Also all that property that has been lost or destroyed, will the insurance companies pay out I wonder?

I hope they can start to tame the blazing soon, as I can’t imagine how it will end.
