Kapex smapex.  I'm saving for some FOGtainers.  I could cut a clean miter with a beaver if I had to [cool]. I can't however store or manage my tools without systainers.  Especially cool limited edition ones.

Care to post pictures?

No really, please post pictures.

Thank you to everyone who put in the time and effort to make this happen.

Ok, here's a miter I cut with a beaver (aka a 10 year old Dewalt single bevel 12" miter saw).  [tongue]

Pfft, that's not clean. My gran cuts cleaner miters than that ;)

The Fogtainer prototype is in the shop for printing!  The company who is doing this is so stoked!  They were so impressed with the quality of the systainer,  They couldn't believe the quality of the computer generated work of Wayne and Johnny.  Shane's logo file saved quite a few bucks.  Thanks to Shane also for providing the official color formulas!

I apologize for the delay on my end.  There isn't an excuse.  Just an explanation - my workload picked up unbelievably and after not having work for awhile - I jumped on it.  I am now working 6 days a week plus my other stuff.

I anticipate that we will start taking orders mid July.  Pricing will be of course be available at that time. In the meantime, go to this this thread and give me your thoughts:  Payment Option Poll

Peter, the last thing you need to do is apologize for the time line. Fogtainers are obviously a hobby activity. As much as all of us would like them yesterday, the fact that you and the others are making this happen at all is effort enough. Thank you.
Markus

Does this mean it's time to send you gold bullion and non-sequential un-marked bills?!??    [drooling]

Spill the beans

Hint:  It is three dimensional.  Not two dimensional.

Owwh peter you little tease [big grin]

Has it got anthything to do with the possiblity of something extra with the fogtainer

My guess is Peter has one or multiple finished production Fogtainers in his possession and is stroking them lovingly and teasing us. Pics will probably be coming in the next day or so.

Sorry,

Yes, I am predictable Markus.  I don't want to post a complete picture of the prototype until I put more of the price pieces together because I will be getting swamped with messages wanting to order and its not that time.

I can tell you that everyone - sworn to secrecy - who has seen the photos has been impressed.  The printing hasn't fully cured - takes 48 hours - and I want to test for adherence and abrasion.  I have no doubt that it will work well.  But if you want a little peak to prove that it is real.

Don't be mad at me.  I need to get some chuckles now.  This probably the most expensive systainer on the planet right now.  Crunch time is approaching quickly and then I won't have time to laugh or think.

Peter
