Thank you for your kind words.  The economy has played a negative role in so many lives here.  Mine included.

Your post is a perfect example of what a success this has been, in my opinion.  This wasn't in my mind just about selling blue plastic boxes.  It was also about raising the awareness that this is a very unique place in cyberspace.  One that we have each contributed to in our own way.  One in which we share what we can and gleen what we can.  Getting guys in S.A. and the UK working together to develop an idea and then getting a bunch of others to make a decision and then have another guy suggest that we make it happen, and then it does - how great!

You my friend have contributed so much in the past and just did again!  

When this project ends, I will not own a FOGtainer.  I would ruin it.  I am even giving away the prototype.  But I will have a smile on my face brought on by the comments such as yours.

Just let me know. i get good shipping rates across Canada and have no problem with storing the systainers till people are ready.

Since last night I have received several personal messages that have been priceless.  For those I can only offer thanks.

After reading the messages sent, in particular, I want to thank a member for bringing me back into reality.  So that member, thank you for your message and your most generous offer.  Your are correct that these aren't just blue boxes.  I have placed an order for three.  Paying just like anyone else.  Except I don't have to box and ship to myself.  One special one will be used to hold all my FOG stuff.

If you have ordered, by the end of tonight you should have received an email along with your invoice.  If you haven't, please send me a pm to let me know.

Other stuff to come including some unannounced prizes!

That's 12 Fogtainers per day, on average in the sales window (23 days).
That's 1 Fogtainer every two hours for 23 days.
That's $837 per day  (Using an average price of $70 each Fogtainer)
A total of over $19,000 sold.    (I can see why PayPal alarms started going off!)
Using the average height of the Systainers (assuming equal sales), that stack is over 2100 ft tall; or 0.4 miles.  Or 680 meters.
Averaging weight, that's 1106 lbs or 502 kg.  (over half a ton!)  Peter, your living room is going to sink into the sand!

That is truly outstanding and amazing to have seen this whole project conceive, grow, work through the paces, and now this.  Wowow!    [eek]
