So Peter, when can I order the new FOG TLoc??

All kidding aside, I'm glad that your finally getting your house back, and that you're getting positive reviews for all your hardwork. Your dedication to this project has been very impressive.

Hey Peter,
Now that you've cleared all or most of the FogTainers from your house...you now will have the space and maybe even the time to make some more furniture to fill the void.
Hopefully!
Brian

No way, Peter better keep that space available for the next FOG project, whatever that may be. [big grin]

Brice,

Which project?  I have several cooking - at least in my mind  [eek] [eek]

On edit: I had not read that (not very)  fine print "100 Fogtainers still at the printer".  Nor had I any recollection of what my choice had been! - it's obvious  now.

Check your personal messages.

Brian,

Thank you.  It was fun packing your order and comparing weights on each of the four identical boxes.  We were within once ounce deviation across the range.

Why does it take longer to ship to Washington State than to Australia?

Currently there are Fogtainers in customs in the UK, cleared customs in Australia, and meandering around South Africa.  Also in customs in Canada.

Haven't seen any in NH yet though :(

Call your post office or go pick them up.  Is your post office actually Belmont, NH.  They supposedly attempted delivery on the 7th.

Peter

GOT IT!

Thanks Peter!

Okay Peter, I seen your new avatar, what are you trying to do to us.  Well, really yourself, now you're going to have to start working on the T-Loc version.  Your misses is going to be ticked.... [big grin]

Poor old ETS systainer had to make way for the new kids on the block.

Richard,

Great setup!  Love the use of cabinet pulls for stops.

Enjoy the new kids.

Brice,

I guess you have proven that avatars get noticed.  [big grin]

Just playing around with Photoshop.  First, I have to finish the first batch and sell my extras, then....

Was thinking the same myself, though it's likely to be a while before any T-Locs come my way...

I don't think we should pursue the T-Fogtainers, well, not in the immediate future.  Maybe sometime in the future to mark a special occasion like tenth anniversary of the FOG or something like that.  Let's keep the prestige of the Fogtainers by keeping them limited editions.

I agree Brice, it would give me something to do though while I try to get some work in.

I agree.  We need a "basking" period, to pay homage to Peter and his hard work and not diminish the status of the FOGtainers as well.

Add me to the list of people who agree with Brice that we should not be thinking of another batch of Fogtainers, at least not until a long time from now.  And even then they should be quite different.

I know that we all get excited about things here, but nowhere did I say that I was embarking on another Fogtainer project.  I used the phrase "then ..." in a post a few back.  The "..." is not about Fogtainers.

These were meant to be an unusual item at a good price that would be hard to replicate.  The scale of participation was enormous.  Next time - if there is a next time- who knows what the scale of the project will be.

Another project will be forthcoming - but it will not have anything to do with a systainer.

Peter,

I want to thank you for all your hard work to bring this project to near completion. My Sys 1&2 with the printed labels are beautiful, if one my use that term. They are packed with odds & ends for a kitchen project in Braintree, MA. Will post pictures of them hard at work on the job by the end of the week.

Thanks again, Don
