I plan to build a pair of french doors in Hickory. Is the Domino Joiner suitable for the mortise and tenon joinery on this large project?

Thank You

I would say yes.  I just printed RICK CHRISTOPHERSON'S domino manual and it if very usefull.  Helps with joinery methods/tips and so on...
check it out.

Jerry,
[welcome] to the forum.  This topic could be hotly debated, but based on my memory one of our members - Eiji Fuller has built some bad to the bone entrance doors - 8+ feet tall using the Domino.

I would say a french door using domino tenons, and made with care, is the equal to a factory made door using dowels, and probably better. The important thing is the design, layout and quantity of the dominos.
Is it the equal of a door made with traditional wedged through-tenons? I say no, but I will not be the judge of that...time will be.
