the flooring is actually linoleum meant to look like tile, so there was no need to scribe the legs

Welcome

That's nice

My wife has had an idea for a live edge dinning table for a while

Cool

Nice bench.  I just defrosted my small refrigerator that is next to a slab of cherry in my living room over the weekend.  I was wondering what to do with my slab.  I like your proportions.  Would you mind sharing your sizes?  I am particularly interested in the seat depth - not thickness or length - but would love all.

At the deepest the bench is 13" and it at the most shallow the far corner into the wall it is 9". the thickness of the slab is 2" and the length is 46" and height from floor to top of seat is 17"

Thanks, Shawn

[member=66145]ShawnHodgson[/member] ,

Thank you for that info.  My wife will love you!  But hopefully not too much.  She has bought most of my Festools.
