This is version 1.0 of the improvements to the FS-KS combination bevel.
I have had problems using the FS-KS to cut square panels. Mainly its hard to adjust the guiderail without the FS-KS secured to the guiderail. Also extending the face under the guiderail for better support when using the FS-KS.
Have attached an aluminium 20mmx20mm angle to the main body. This extends the face (that goes up against the panel) right up to the cutting edge of the guiderail. A 5mm strip has been cut along the edge to allow for the guidrail and also acts to support it when moving both around. Also a little notch was cutout to allow for that little plastic piece as shown in picture
A wooden strip that slides into the track secures the FS-KS to the guide rail with counter sunk screws using the two center holes. I had to countersink the holes to allow for the screws to sit flush. this makes it much easier to adjust the guiderail and FS-KS.

Tomorrow i will continue with version 2.0 improvements. This will address the issue if securing the angle of the FS-KS. the tightening knob only does half the job and can still be knocked out of angle. I will be adding a secondary locking mechanism. Stay tuned.
