Iam looking to spray sw classic and wanted to know what tip I should run. I have the fugi  mini mite 4 and
the t75g gun. Iam going to be spray paneled doors.

Hi Mike,  I'm new to spraying and recently bought a new Mini-Mite 4 Platinum, so take my advice FWIW.  But I just successfully sprayed some doors a while ago and this old bureau over the weekend using SW Classic.  I wish I took some before pictures, it was 70's era brown stain finish.  I'm quite happy with the way it turned out.
For the louvered doors I sprayed a while back, I used SW wall and wood primer which I highly recommend for both raw and painted wood.  It wouldn't cover the stain on the bureau, however, (being water based) so I used BIN shellac based primer under the SW Classic.  I tried some KILZ oil based primer but that is just too thick and sticky for my tastes.

I sprayed BIN primer undiluted with the stock 1.3 mm tip.  It has the consistency of low fat milk right out of the can.  Sprayed very nicely.

I sprayed both the SW Wall and Wood primer and the SW Classic thinned with ordinary car wiper fluid to around a 25-30 second flow in the viscosity cup (~20%).  I also added a dash of Floetrol to each using the large 3M PPS cup.  Floetrol I've learned, is not a thinner but a paint additive to prolong the paint's drying time.  Also both sprayed very nicely.

So did you sand it to bare wood or shellec will do the trick for you?

In some spots, I sanded to bare wood but not intentionally.  You just need to rough it up for the primer to stick then clean it well with paint thinner to clean off any sawdust and other dirt and wax buildup.  BIN sticks very well, but not to wax.

Tom,  I've got a 1.5mm needle in my sights, 1.8 is what I had and it did work well enough.
