Hope this doesn't come out the wrong way, but I'm not sure we should always expect something in return (even a thank you) for being honest. Besides, we are human and some times we make mistakes. I'm sure the poor person at Woodpecker that made the mistake is thankful and would be happy to tell you, but I don't know why a post was necessary unless the OP was hoping for something in return. If that's the case, they succeeded. Woodpecker went above and beyond in dealing with this issue and that's why I do business with them. Likewise, honesty and good deeds should be done because it makes us happy not because we expect something in return.
