What sander would you recommend? The Grizzly seems to be more powerful but the size of the Suprermax and 50" possibility is appealing.

Thanks

That Grizzly is a very nice looking unit but only goes down to 1/8" minimum, doesn't sound much of an issue but for myself I do a surprisingly large amount of very thin sanding.

I have the Supermax 25/50 and it's probably the best ROI on any machine I've bought, aside from the CNC that is. It's such a part of all the work I do I couldn't function without it now. The quality and performance is just stellar.

I couldn't recommend it highly enough, you'd be stoked you got one if you settle on the Supermax. I did look at a unit supported at each end of the roller like the Grizzly, as I really like that feature, but as with the Grizzly, this unit also didn't cope with material less than 1/8" thick.

Even though I love the idea of both roller ends being captive, if I had to do it all over again I'd still choose the 25/50 for performance, reliability and ease of use
