No matter what the instructions say I would avoid driving a car with hot tires into the garage for at least a week (and maybe two) to allow the paint time to cure. I am not sure what type of finish you used other than garage floor paint, hot tires can damage your newly painted floor. Probably ok to let a driven cars tires cool down and then pull it in the garage if you have to have the cars inside.
