Wondering if anyone has made a gooseneck holder for their Syslite.  My thought was to use something like a bench dog to fit 20mm hole in workbench to suspend the light above the work piece.  Any pictures or source for supplies will be most appreciated.

Thanks!
Gerald

I have made many flexible lights and fixture using http://www.loc-line.com/ products.  These are available on Ebay and also direct.  When my grandaughter was born I made her mobile toys aerial with these.  For suspending a light I would suggest using the 3/4" modules; and do buy the  pliers.

Since the screw socket is the same size and threading as a camera tripod (1/4 #20) check with a photography shop for tripod accessories and clamps.

One can also make one from a desk lamp and a few parts from the hardware store. Flexible Gooseneck Camera Mount

This is your best bet. Very reasonably priced compared to the Novoflex above.  Be sure to get the HD arm as the non HD is a little to flimsy in my opinion.

Thank You All- I placed my order for the Manfrotto and the Qwas Stud Dog today.  When I was on the Qwas website I noticed their Qwas dogs as well.  May have to get a set of those too!
