Got my birthday present early

My wife could not wait to give me my new Carvex and Accessory Kit.  I am the happiest man.  Can't wait to get out in the shop to give a test drive.

My wife always wish clothes for her birthday...and I tell her that I won't buy clothes for her!
I allways wish tools for my birthday...and she tells me that she wont buy tools for me!

So we agreed that I let her buy clothes and she lets me buy tools.
Then she doesn't get shocked seeing the price tags on Festool stuff and I don't get shocked seeing the price tags on her clothes.  [scared]

Much much better solution! [big grin]

I like that. I might even go shopping with her, which I can't stand.....BUT... if I add up all she spends on shopping I reckon its justified if I spend the same on Festools. I'm going to have that Kapex in a few weeks  [big grin]

Hey got any Info on that event ??  Palm Desert in January  ?  ?  , sounds like That would be  a REAL Nice break from the SFO Bay Area Winter to me !

I have not seen anything on it yet. They told my wife when she ordered the Carvex that it was going to be in January. They usually post it on here when they are going to do the event.

I did get to make a few cuts this evening before the whole family shows up for my birthday dinner.  The cut quality is truly amazing.  I can't wait to use it on a project.  Haven't had the cake yet, that will be after dinner.
