I have submitted a few posts because I needed help with my LS130 and I just wanted to provide some feedback about the level of service I received from Festool!
AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!
I am in the middle of this big paint stripping and staining project and my LS started acting up. With help from the FOG (Shane, Peter and others) I contacted support and got connected with Steve in the service department. When things are going as planned life is easy but its typically when something goes wrong that you begin to understand what type of folks you are working with. To me, this was a world class customer service experience. Like most of us, I've been burned by tool purchases in the past (other brands) and to know that Festool's level of service equals their innovation means I'll be a loyal Festool customer for years to come.
Thanks for all the help guys and a big THANK YOU to Steve and Rusty in service for coming through for me.
