I just made my first purchase of a Festool buying a Rotex 125 and CT 26 E. I am amazed how well these tools work together with virtually no dust.  Initially I was not sure what combination I wanted and after finding Tom Bellemare's name on this site I gave him a call.  He was extremely helpful taking time to talk me through everything.  When my packages arrived one of systainer hinges was cracked.  I sent a note to Tom and he immediately sent a new systainer to me.  I just wanted add to what others have said that Tom Bellemare's at Tool Home is a great dealer to work with.

First, [welcome] to the FOG!

Great first purchase, and agree that Tom is a great dealer. But you already KNOW that...

What you *may* not know is that he is the BEST at offering custom abrasive assortments. He has some assortments that he can provide 'standard', but he will also custom configure ANYTHING you want.

Yes Tom is awesome, great customer service and very knowledgable about festool> Ive called him ad he picked up the phone while working on his roof in 100 + degree weather.

But you cant go wrong with any of the dealers here, Bob, Aldo, Phil, Sean are all great guys to work with.

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum!

Tom's service and professionalism are top notch!  I can't say my first Festool purchase was from Tom, but it would have been had I'd known about him back then!  What impresses me the most is his helpfulness whether on the phone or on FOG.  Tom is often here on FOG answering a question or offering a solution to a fellow member.  I really like his no-nonsense approach and wouldn't hesitate recommending Tom Bellemare and Tool-Home.
