Hello, late last year I decided to drink the green koolaid and thought it would be best to introduce myself. I am 33 and been woodworking for only a couple of years. My first Festool purchase came last year, the Domino 500, as a bit of a reward to myself for career advancement. I am an air traffic controller for the FAA. I quickly became pretty sold on the system approach Festool takes and, while I could see myself not using the good stuff, I  really don't want to  [big grin] I also purchased the TS75, OF1400, CT36, and ETS EC 150. I should be taking delivery of a new Kapex next week! Definitely hard to stop the avalanche of green, once it begins  [thumbs up]

I've just finished designing a small closet built in to my fiancee's specifications. Here is a quick SketchUp I threw together for it.

Up to now, I've only been using the Domino for smaller joining actions, so I'm going to try to scale it up to main carcase joints now. The OF1400 will serve to supply the carcass rabbets, which will be another first use for me. I am pretty excited to see how these tools up my productivity and satisfaction in the shop. And I am very much looking forward to using (and hopefully one day usefully contributing to) the valuable FOG resource.  [attachimg=1]

Hello and welcome!  Looks like you got everything you need to hit the ground running!  Enjoy it!

Welcome, from a bit north and west of you.
Yes, green koolaid is tasty stuff, and the Domino is an amazing machine. It has certainly upped my game.
