you guessed it, I think yep another built-in. this is the 6th one in this neighborhood. I started this one on tuesday and I finished it today.. My painter came and painted it today, while I did the trim and other stuff that had to be finished. all built on site. using the festool system
I used sherwin williams creamy color paint, semi gloss, called downey.. great creamy color.
I did a new design on the corners of each upper unit. I made a 1/2 key basically and bumped out the crown around it. looks really cool. I also enlarged their mantel and added a beaded trim piece around the edge, the same edge I put on the lower cabinets edge so it would tie all together.
I made the doors using the rockler door bit set.
I use birch ply and popular for trim pieces.. I made 4" styles on each ends of the bookcase with a 5 flute detail and the center style I made 3" with 3 flute detail.. unusual.. but some and I....
