... a non slip liner.

Or just being kind to the drawer and closing it nicely. Everything in life doesn't need to replicate a ride on a "tilt-a-whirl".

Quiet you 2,  if we all behaved or did as you describe the worlds economy would collapse as people would stop trying to solve problems with their things by buying more things. What other insane ideas are you going to put for...."leave screws in cardboard box they came, place where every there is space (shelf, cabinet, floor, bucket, or even gasp the bag you carried them home from the store in)"

What if he simply enjoys it? What if he looks at it as a way of building or developing skill? The unexpected negativity is somewhat surprising.  You would think that everyone should have a human factors analyst following them around their shop checking on work product velocity.  Maybe we should all be discussing  Six Sigma.

He builds his knowledge, feelings, creativity and self esteem.
And he is able to share it. Nonetheless inspiring, even when I don’t have his spare time to be so thorough. But once, I did also have his commitment.

Well said!!!

I shared the young chap's video because I bumped into it while searching for "hardware organizer" after completing a dovetailed multiple-drawer till -- by hand. 16 half-lapped dovetails and 4 through dovetails...taking a good amount of time in the shop to get everything done. Pretty sure I can't beat any commercial organizers in cost or a router dovetail jg in efficiency. But the satisfaction is worth it. I suppose unless it is done for a living, time and cost are not always the deciding factors on what and how we do things.

heres a quick and easy way to make boxes to store yer screws etc.

this guy does some amazing things with festools, makes some cool  jigs and accessories to.
He has another video on box making thats even easier. Ill try to find it.

here it is

When I needed to make little boxes I used a tongue and groove router bit set (don’t like clamping tiny miters) and turned the stock over (top to bottom) to get more t&g (don’t like deep boxes anyway).

Used a router table.
