Being new to the Festool world I spent to much time on you tube watching videos of others using the Festool system. I was always a traditional wood worker having large table saw and shop tools. I transferred for work across the U.S and sold all the big stuff as it would be to hard to move.  So after watching Eric's videos many times over I thought I would give the LR-32 system a try to go along with the few other tools I bought from Festool. With out seeing that video of the long hair and beard M&M eating guy going over it with great detail I would never in my life spend that kind of cash for a tool that don't have a power cord on it. It spaced the holes for the slides just great and made the install so easy.
I wanted to have all my hardware in bins instead of all kinds of boxes and bags. I took the sys port that Eric made on the Poplar Shop and changed the size a little to fit my needs. Anyway here they are. For my real first festool project I'm happy with them.

That looks really good.  I have a few of those parts organizers stacked on a shelf, for some reason the one I need is always on the bottom.  I think I will steal your idea and make a Hardware Sys Port (HardPort?) for them.

Nice work!  I've done something similar on my outfeed table.  I didn't want to spend all the money on slides, though, so mine are just sitting on 1/4" MDF.

Hey D !  Nice job buddy !

I'm sure the long haired bearded M&M eating man would be impressed with your first Festool project.    [wink]

Please keep posting pictures of your projects on here.  Sharing and learning is the reason I like the FOG.

Oh, and I'm glad I could help you spend your hard earned money.    Let me know if I could be of any further assistance.  LOL !

Eric

Congratulations.  It's great when you can combine tool mastery with organization.

Nice job!  I have seen those parts organizers in several people's shops but don't know who makes them or where to get them.  Would love to know, thanks!

I bought all of mine from Harbor Freight.  They're cheap and work well.  DeWalt and others make similar cases but they cost 2-3 times more.
