HD slides for a large pullout van drawer

I am looking for a HD drawer slide type unit to mount a large pullout shelf or drawer for my workvan. I have seen these before but cannot find now. Kind of like the packrat setup but I want to make the drawer out of AC ply. Any help?

I have used them and think we got the 500# rated ones for shop drawers. I stood in the drawer and it didn't even flinch.

I did something like it,but mine has a lower setting.I mounted the wheels so that i only had 1/2" clearance at the bottom.
I am now redoing the back of my truck,I will have more storage and better access.I have to remake the tray witch will be more narrow than before.But still be wide enought for what i need.
