There was shock at Festool's USA Headquarters today as a large band of Festool owners braved the heat to protest the German powertool maker for it's unfair and excruciatingly slow release of new tools to its North American Market. Signs bearing "KAPEX NOW", "Bring on the Plug-it Adapters", and "We want Belt Sanders" were amoung the few signs at the protest. Chants from the crowd could be clearly heard from the fourth floor office of Christian O. "We're doing the best we can, but we can't please these people. They're addicts and need treatment not more tools. We have started a new department that addresses just this issue of Festool Fanatasism or FF as we call it." As we returned to the protest it was getting clearer that if Festool employees did not do something this non-violent protest could turn...Four Festool eployees had to hand out T-shirts and Hats bearing the Festool logo to appease the crowd.
As for the release of the next fix who knows.
