I much appreciate you reaching out to me and Boski. I will be more than happy to try and see if we can find a solution together to my issues I experience with the system. I'll email you and hope we can get me back on track as a happy tso client ;-)

Hello Mikkel,
and thank you for your email to info@tsoproducts.com "attention Hans". This creates a record in our customer service system under Ticket # 13703 which has now been assigned to me.
