Hi everyone.  Found this board recently because of my recent Festool purchaces!  (TS75 and CT22)
This was a barn that was finished off to be a family spot (not for me).  It's very nice, all of the wood is from his own wood lot that he had band sawed. It was  a very unique job, very fun at the same time!

2" Walnut bar top.

Why I bought the TS55.  The more I cut 4/4 oak, poplar, cherry the more apparent it was that I needed the TS75. So under the 30 day program I took the 55 back and got the 75! And couldn't be happier with the 75.

Oh ya,
I'm Tom. [big grin]

Hey Tom, welcome to the FOG.  That's a sweet looking barn.  Those doors look nice & i love those sliding catches.  What timber is the doors.

Woodguy.

Good to have you here, Tom.

I really like those stairs, I haven't often seen the combination of wood and ironwork. Looks solid as a rock.

Looking forward to more of your posts.

cheers,
Rick

The doors are Poplar with the Z being Walnut.  Here's the inside of the door. I use a 1" spade bit and drilled one at open and one at closed, then connected the dots with my palm router.

Thank you, I really like the look also.  It is getting more and more popular here, but they are spendy.  I like the 2"x2" spindles, but these are a neat change.

[welcome]
Quality pictures are always welcome, however, sub par pictures of quality work........ always rock  ;D

Great intro!
Regards Rob.
