[help] CS50 table saw - parallel adjustment of the blade

What are you trying to adjust? On the slider side, you'll want a slight toe-in on the in-feed side of the blade, and likewise you'll want a slight toe-in relative to the rip fence. I aim for a 0.05mm or 0.1mm toe-in over the length of the blade on my KF700. To make these adjustments, you'll be adjusting the slider, and the fence, you shouldn't need to adjust the blade.

Adjusting for "parallel" is asking for trouble.....

My apologies, in my haste I read your post as being about the CSC-50, I see now you have the CS-50 Precisio (I still wish Festool would release one of these in 120V 60Hz)....

My memory is a little hazy on the Festool miter gauge, but if I'm remembering correctly, loosening the two screws I've circled in green should allow you to fine-tune the parallel/square calibration of the Festool miter gauge.

Good luck, I wish I had one of those little powerhouse saws.

I use my CS50 Precisio all the time. For perfectly parallel cuts I ended up adjusting the two screws as mentioned, but due to slight misalignment of the riving knife, it only works on the left of the blade - impossible to get really perfect cuts on the right.
