Help designing library cabinets ?

Hi,

I am thinking of building some inbuilt cupboards to form a library.  The wall is very large and tall and i am not an experienced "designer", but can build cabinets.  Does anyone know of any people or businesses that could help me design to the point of getting a cut list for a library project, ofcourse i am happy to pay.  I want to get the most out of space and get someone who has designed libraries before to help.

Family Handyman (magazine) publishes plans for book cases.  You only need to adjust the sizes to fit the room.

I personally have never worked from plans.  I have looked at photographs and gotten dimensions off of them, but I have always just made sketches and started cutting lumber.
