I was given a Kreg router table a year ago and I bought a Kreg Router table lift. If anyone else has one mine had become hard to turn the thumb wheel during adjustments. I only have a porter cable 690 on it so I doubt it's weight, more likely it a lubricantion/sawdust issue but if anyone has one and knows how to sort it out please get back to me. Thanks!

Have you been using the lift for the last year and it is now becoming hard to use the wheel, or did you just get the lift and are having trouble?  I believe the kreg lift is the same as the woodpecker prl2. One issue I had when assembling my lift was that I tightened the bolts holding the motor too much. The instructions specifically state "Do not over tighten the clamp screws. Over tightening can cause binding between the posts and sleeve bearings making it difficult to make adjustments."

No I've been useing it for a year and it's gotten worse definitly as time went on. It's at the point where to make the smaller adjustments with the wheel I reach under the table and turn it from underneath for leverage.

Have you checked the brake?  It is very sensitive; less than 1/8 of a turn can take it from locked to free moving.

Other than that, you could try to lube the posts.  I use a non-silicone "dry film lubricant", and run the router lift up and down a couple times after application.

It's definitely not the break. I'll try the dry film lubricant though. I used white lithium grease before, and I'm thinking that maybe part of my problem. Thanks for the suggestion.
