Hex screwdrivers

Hans, for whatever it's worth, don't stop including the drivers with your sets.

Of course, we probably all have a fully equipped workshop and no one really "needs" another driver. (Except for the OP right now.  [big grin] ) But I love it when a set includes everything that is needed. That's why I have a "spare" T-15 driver with the sanders in their Systainer for example.

Kind regards,
Oliver

I agree 100%. I like the needed tools being included and it is especially nice when the manufacturer standardizes the sizing, so that one tool does it all.
Not everything needs to be tool-less, those types of knobs add bulk in places where it may not always be favorable.
It's kind of like the way Festool made the clip that releases the front fence unit on the DF500 accessible with the same wrench that you need to replace the cutter.

[member=61712]six-point socket II[/member] does it the same as I do. Even though I have full sets of tools like hex keys, Torx driver bits, sockets, and wrenches, I still bought a screwdriver handle style Torx driver for each of my OF1010s. It's there for the copyrings and chip deflector in the base. I would have appreciated it if Festool had done it, then it would have a specific mounting place.

I'm with Crazyraceguy in that I also bought a cheap handles torx driver to keep in the systainer with each of my Festool routers.  My 700 ,1010 and 1400 live in Sys drawer systainers so that I can keep all accessories with the router including the screwdrivers.
