Are the HiQ driver bits worth it or should I just go with the 10 pack of TX25's?

It depends, are you an occasional user, or are you a professional that goes through bits very quickly.
For the occasional user (like DIY or hobby), the 10 packs are probably most cost effective.
For the professional user that runs through bits quickly, the HiQ Bits will last longer.
I don't use the bits enough to say whether the cost balances out over time. The HiQ coating will save you a little time in bit changing, and looking for a new bit if you wear one down.
The HiQ bits are also more corrosion resistant.

My experience is that in professional use they last marginally longer. Not really worth the extra money. Your results may very.....
