YIKES ! !  [scared]  [eek]

I guess dust collection isn't the best when operating inverted.

Friday I had my Cyclone hooked-up backwards and loaded up a router like that. Big goof on my part but at least an easy fix!  [big grin]

Wow! A TS 75 Mulcher!  [big grin]
I have a light OCD of clean tools, but my circular saws do occasionally drop some clads of sawdust when moving and shaking them. I’ve got the habit of spinning them in free air while shaking them simultaneously, and then there’s often a wood coloured cloud coming..

Your DC must be very hungry now.. [tongue]

Haha, classic. The same happened with ATF 55 in Basis Plus. Also seen it once on CS 50.

But the probability is greatly reduced when you use the D36 hose.

If you cut like 1mm stuff stuff with it, the splinter gets into the saw, while when using it on the rail, the splinter drops to the floor.

The splinters do the same thing when Im vacuuming up the shop floor. They cause the dust plug the hose and I got to unplug it. I was really surprised that the saw was still sawing great with the internals clogged up

The D27 hose end clogs when vacuuming the shop floor. The D36 doesn't. Well, unless you have the D27 hose-end on it..

Just remembered you are in the US, the TS insert wasn't sold here, so this is the root problem, it's clearly incompatible with North America. We don't have the correct Sawdust.

Or maybe the dust is the same, but it just refuses to leave when the outlets are 110V  [tongue]

Was that dust made in the US or did you smuggle it through customs when you moved.  [smile]
