Hollow screw extractor, in Europe?

Make one yourself.  Just take a pipe like brass and file some teeth on one end and give it a try on a piece of scrap.

...or use an ordinary plug cutter bit.

First you make a 'drill guide' by drilling the plug cutter through a piece of scrap.

Then you place the scrap over the screw so the screw is exactly in the middle of the hole.

Finally drill the plug cutter through the hole in the drill guide and around the screw head and use a plier to 'unscrew' the screw. (Or drill deep enough som you can break of the chunk of wood.

Voila! (?)

And if necessary use a larger plug cutter to make a plug to cover up the mess you made  [big grin]

I remembered a tutorial by Peter Parfitt that showed how to do just that...
It took me a while to find it, but here it is:

Thank you

I'll try Axminster plug cutter, I think it's easiest solution (I'm not very keen metalworker).

Also it is smaller than my existing cutter, this is important because screw is on narrow list and I don't want show that repair.
