LR-32 holy rail on MFT/3. Bench dog in the holes of the R/H extension table used as the reference guide. Makes baby MFT...

Nice bud. I think if you use every third hole on the holy rail it gives ya the pitch circle between holes that the original MFT has.

You post some good stuff. I've saved some of the photos so I can build them for my own use when I return to the states and get my real shop back.

I'm not cleaver, I for some reason just don't come up with the cool ideas you guys do.

Thanks for sharing them

Smart idea.  I got a chuckle out of the second picture of a framing square - which is not known for its accuracy - showing the accuracy of the hole pattern created.  Yes, I know they can be squared.

Peter Halle said in a YT video about the MFT "I guess I'm just a lucky guy" because his framing square is accurate.

I guess I must be too because my ancient Stanley USA one is. Either that or the MFT isn't...

WOW!  Someone actually watches my videos?  LOL>

Have a GREAT Holiday weekend and work safely!

Peter

It was a Peter Halle YT video where I got the idea for a wooden fence for the right hand side of the guide rail on the MFT. Massive improvement that I would not be without especially for routing dados in cabinets.

I guess I'm just a lucky guy for watching the YouTube video about it...

It doesn't look like much but the many benefits it brings to an MFT are amazing.
