Hoses are available separately in several sizes. The 36mm version comes in at least 3 lengths. 3.5m, 5m, and 7m.

I found that I needed an additional flange with a tee fitting installed where the author had his street elbow. Without it when I moved the arm to the left side it loosened the street elbow from the flange and it dropped to the ground.
