How are you organizing your sys-storage ? Trying to maximum space

Learn to pile stuff...I am not a fan of putting foam around hand tools, unless one is an A&P Tech. The foam just takes up too much space.
Personally I don't use Systainer's for hand tools nor most other non Festool stuff as I have found the cheaper and larger Ridgid tool boxes and Packout's to hold tools far more efficiently. The number one thing is organization. Everything has a place and the tools always get put back into their place.
But hey, if you want ideas on filling that tool box I can recommend all kinds of must have tools to buy LOL Snap-on stuff is expensive.

Not sure if you mean 1/4" hex driver bits or hex socket bits but ........................
For me the Sys-Storage is a handy toolbox for around the house or general fix it jobs. I have basic tools in it and I add special as needed. But mostly I just grab it and go. I think if you try to get too much in , then it loses it's usefulness. To keep things to a minimum I have a multi-bit screwdriver in it. I added two pieces of pvc in a dead space with holes to hold bits.

Not to highjack the specific topic away from the hex bit storage but I thought the whole thing might be useful.

The red handle screwdriver is a slotted one that is specifically used for poking, prying, and prodding rather than driving screws. The black handled is an ex screwdriver ground into an awl. The gray item is the handle for the saw blade under the hammer. There is a 8" Stabila level under the stud finder. Stack of three Raaco trays to hold a small assortment of screws. A few shims under the gray handle.
Can do quite a bit with what's in this basic box and there is still room to add in job specific tools or hardware when needed. Most of the time it gets attached on top of a Sys - I with a drill set.
