I'm new to the addiction, but I'm sure I'm not the first to wrestle with this. I have done searches through the archives and read everything I could find, but it isn't much. I saw the thread on using the Sortainer 4's large drawer but DANG that's a lot of money! I could buy a couple more blades for that kind of $$$.

How do you guys store your extra TS75 blades? There isn't any room in the case for them. I don't have enough blades to put vertically in a systainer, though vertical storage would be my first choice. I kinda hate to lay them down in a Sys1 too, but that currently seems the best option.

Any other ideas. please? Enquiring minds and all that...

There is room in the Systainer for at least one blade in the box -- right along the side in the back, I believe.  I leave them in their boxes and in a drawer in my shop.  If I have to take them with me then I would probably put them in a regular Systainer -- maybe a Sys 1.

There should be a place underneath the TS75 for a couple blades....I keep my extras underneath my TS55

At first I used a metal file box for my blades.  This works well for storing the blades vertically (in their boxes) but is not handy for moving with a stack of systainers.

Now I use a Sys 1 with the blades in boxes stored flat.

Not sure about the newer T-loc systainer but the classic insert only leaves room for one blade stored in its original packaging. The 75 is too large to sit flat in the systainer like the 55.

As an idea could some sort of envelope or sleeve be fixed to the lid then the blade would just sip in and when you lift the lid out if the way of the saw but also handy. Don't know how feasible as I don't have. It's an idea
